Tom’s Ears

Tom Diggory has had an eventful few weeks.

He and his new little sister and their friend Lamby hung round together for the first week. They had fun and Tom joined in with all the activities.

In the second week Tom became a little withdrawn and spent most of the week sulking in bed. I tried to tempt him out but he said he likes it there and refused to get up. I think he may be missing his other sock bunny friends.

However this week his little sister suggested that he came and slept with Mummy – and he did that for a few nights and then seemed to relax and get a little happier. After that he was happy to go back and sleep with his sister and Lamby – and he even showed us some more of his wild side by singing loudly and swinging his extremely long ears around.

We are all in love with Tom’s ears. One is slightly longer than the other – but somehow this makes them even more appealing.

Tom is a very fine and attractive sock bunny. We are so glad he has come to live with us. It would be strange to think of life without him.

Cheeky

We have had a good couple of days. Getting to know each other better. We took a look through the post placement photos and talked about them with Tom Diggory. He didn’t want to say too miuch yet.

We have had a couple of trips out locally – exploring the area. Tom is pretty cheeky, but has shown a loving side to his nature. He is a great sock bunny to be with.

Air Guitar

We adopted Stripy on 29-Sep-06. We had tea together, but he did not eat much. He was pretty quiet. As we went to bed we snuggeld together and he started to relax a little. He made us all laugh by doing his rock thing – he would sing “Yea! Yea! Yea!”, play the air guitar and throw his ears around wildly. I think he is going to fit in with our family.
